Billing questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Manage or cancel from the billing portal in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your pitch history is never deleted.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Free accounts can track one pitcher; the rest of your history stays intact and returns the moment you resubscribe.
- Do parents pay?
- Parent accounts are free. A parent can see their linked player's coach-logged arm status and history, but cannot enter outings.
- How does Organization billing work?
- One subscription covers up to five coach seats across your program. The owner assigns seats from the Organization page and every seat gets full Coach Pro access.
