Arm care first. Know the story behind every outing.

Your pitcher is more than a box score. When a coach logs an outing, ArmIQ keeps the pitch count and soreness notes together, so families can see the history and talk through the next step.

Parent access is free. Connect to a coach-created player; outings are entered manually by a coach and do not sync from scorekeeping apps.

The Problem

You already know when it's going wrong. You just don't always have time to stop it.

A pitch count from one game is only part of the picture. Families need the recent outings and soreness notes too — without asking a busy coach for another recap.

One outing doesn't show the whole week.

Look back at logged outings before deciding who throws next.

You called him “available” because you forgot about Thursday.

Rest day tracking that lives in your head — or a spreadsheet you opened two weeks ago — isn't tracking. It's guessing.

Soreness can be easy to forget.

Keep notes alongside pitch counts so the next conversation starts with context.

The lineup is ready, but is the arm?

Review recent throwing and rest guidance before making a game-day decision.

Parents don't have the recent log.

A connected parent can review the coach's recorded outings without waiting for another text reply.

Next season, you're starting from zero again.

No history. No patterns. No way to connect this September's soreness to last spring's workload.

Three steps

One arm history. A clearer conversation.

01

A coach adds the pitcher

The coach creates the player record and enters outings. Counts from another app have to be entered here separately.

02

Keep outings together

The coach logs the date, pitch count and any soreness after each outing. Parents have a read-only view.

03

Review before the next game

The family can see logged pitch history and rest guidance. Use it to talk with the coach, not as a medical clearance.

Parents can start here. Create a free parent account and connect your player by coach invite or name and birthdate. Outings appear when the coach logs them. See the parent view

How it works

See the arm history first. Then plan what comes next.

Arm Health

Know who can throw before you make the lineup.

Game-Day Arm Status shows you every pitcher's availability in one view — pitch count history, rest days logged, and soreness flags — so lineup decisions are based on data, not memory.

  • Game-Day Arm Status

Every pitcher's availability, history, and arm health in one view before you write the lineup card.

  • Arm Health Flags

See when logged workload or soreness calls for a closer look. Flags are guidance, not injury predictions.

  • Return-to-Throw Guidance

A staged reference for discussing a gradual return; follow medical advice when a player is sore or injured.

  • Pitch Count Tracking

Simple enough to use in the dugout during a close game — not just after the fact on a spreadsheet.

  • Rest Day Tracking

Auto-calculated from each pitcher's count and your league's rules. No 6 AM math before a double-header.

  • Soreness Notes

Coaches can record soreness alongside an outing; connected parents can review the history.

Benefits

What changes when the arm history is visible.

Put arm care before the lineup.

Review logged pitches, rest guidance and soreness together. ArmIQ helps organize the information; it cannot predict or prevent an injury.

Make better decisions faster.

Who threw, how much, how they felt, when their rest window ends — ArmIQ does that accounting automatically so your head is in the game, not in a spreadsheet.

Give families the same logged history.

Invite a parent to view their child's logged outings, pitch counts and rest guidance without giving them a coach account.

Coach every game like you have the full picture.

Confidence is knowing you're not missing something. ArmIQ closes the gaps so you can make the call, own it, and move on.

Built For

For the people closest to the pitcher.

The parent

Connect to your child's player page and see coach-logged outings, recent pitch counts and rest guidance without a coach account. Access is read-only.

Best fit if: You want to ask informed questions after a game. Your coach needs to log outings for the history to appear.

The young pitcher

Sit down with a parent and look back at how much you've thrown and how your arm felt. Share soreness honestly with your coach or a medical professional.

Best fit if: You and your family want a clear record to discuss. The parent account provides the view; there is no separate player login.

The coach

Log outings and soreness, review rest guidance, and invite parents to see their own child's history. ArmIQ complements your existing scorekeeping.

Best fit if: You can enter each outing and want families to see the same information without managing another group chat.

Why ArmIQ is different

The score tells you what happened in the game. Your arm log adds the throwing context.

If you already use another app for scorekeeping, keep using it. ArmIQ has a different focus: a pitcher's logged workload, soreness and rest guidance across outings. It does not replace scorekeeping or import its data. Someone must enter outings here, including practice and bullpen work.

ArmIQ is different because we started with one question: what information helps a coach have a better arm-care conversation?

Log game, practice, bullpen or lesson outings manually. Pitch counts feed rest-day guidance; soreness notes stay with the history; arm status informs lineup decisions. When an arm is sore, use that record to talk with a parent or medical professional—not to diagnose or clear a player.

You enter the data. ArmIQ puts it in context.

Return-to-Throw Protocol

A staged throwing reference you can review with a family or clinician. It does not clear a player to return.

Arm Health Alerts

Workload and soreness flags based on the outings you log, so you can pause and check in.

Game-Day Arm Status

One-screen view of every pitcher's availability, history, and arm health before you write the lineup card.

FAQ

Questions before you join

What exactly does ArmIQ track?

Coaches manually log outings, pitch counts and soreness notes. ArmIQ shows rest guidance and arm status based on those records. It does not import counts from another app, measure biomechanics or diagnose injuries.

Is this for parents or coaches?

Families are the focus: parents can sign up free and connect to a coach-created player for a read-only arm history. A young pitcher can review that page with their parent; players do not have separate logins. Coaches enter outings and can use the lineup tools.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You can start with one pitcher without a card. Paid plans unlock additional pitchers and workload tools.

What does it cost after that?

Coach Pro is $14.99/month and Organization is $39.99/month for up to five coaches. The first 50 coaches lock in $9.99/month for as long as they stay subscribed — that founder rate never increases.

How long does setup take?

Add a pitcher and log an outing to see pitch history and rest-day guidance. Setup time depends on how much you enter.
