Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Overview
ArmIQ is an arm-health management tool for youth baseball coaches and families. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email privacy@armiq.app.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address and sign-in credentials when you create an account.
Team & player data. Information coaches and families enter: player names, pitch counts, rest days, soreness logs, lineups, and team rosters.
Usage data. Anonymous product analytics (pages viewed, feature usage) so we can improve the app.
How we use it
We use your data only to operate ArmIQ: showing workloads to your coaching staff, tracking rest and recovery, and delivering the features you use. We do not use player data for advertising.
What we never do
We never sell player data. We never share player data with third parties for their own marketing.
Data about minors
Player records are entered and managed by the team's coach and the player's parent or guardian. Parents can request correction or removal of their child's data at any time by emailing privacy@armiq.app.
Your choices
Signed-in users can export their data or request account deletion at any time from More → Privacy & data. Deletion requests are confirmed by email within 72 hours.
Data security
Access to team and player data is restricted so coaches see only their teams and parents see only their linked player. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
